Terms of Service

kutur.ai generates images of clothing and accessories with artificial intelligence from your text descriptions and reference photos. All images are AI-generated. They are pictures, not physical products: nothing on the Service is manufactured, sold or shipped, and generated pieces may be physically impossible to produce.

You need an account to create pieces. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Actions that run generation (creating a piece, trying it on, editing it) cost tokens — an internal unit of the Service. New accounts receive a starting balance; more tokens can be purchased. Tokens are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, except that a failed generation is automatically refunded in tokens. Purchased tokens are consumed after free ones.

You keep your rights to the text and photos you submit. By generating a piece you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and promote the generated images within the Service — successfully created pieces are published to the public catalog under your handle, where other users can view, like, try on and remix them. Deleting a piece removes it from the catalog.

Try-on photos and style reference photos you upload stay private: they are never published and are used only to fulfil your requests.

To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights we may hold in the images generated for you. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. AI output may be similar to output generated for other users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness. Note that the legal status of AI-generated works varies between jurisdictions.

Do not use the Service to create or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others — including uploading photos of people without their consent. The Service does not place brand logos, wordmarks or monograms on pieces by design; you are responsible for how you use images inspired by brands, artists or characters. Automated scraping, reselling of generation capacity and attempts to break the Service are prohibited.

We may hide or remove content that violates these Terms and use automated filters for explicit content. Users can report pieces; we review reports manually.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Generation results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
